If you’re the kind of person that likes to plan ahead, you can purchase your General Admission ticket right here online.
Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any day of the year.
Please do not print your ticket out, we can look up your booking on our database, or you can show us the ticket on your phone when you arrive.
If you’re visiting as a family of 2 adults and 2 children, please make sure you select Family Pass to receive our discount. Additional guests in your group can be added individually.

General admission pre-purchased tickets are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended
Single entry only
We are an outdoor, all-weather venue and in the event of inclement weather we will be open as usual and our daily tours will proceed
Family pass and group tickets must be used in one admission.
Terms and conditions of entry
While on Bonorong's premises, guests must not:
Without permission, take or bring animals onto its property, including assistance dogs.
Carry an inflated balloon or allow balloons to be blown or littered.
Offer food to the animals (with the exception of the complimentary kangaroo food provided on entry).
Disobey or fail to comply with a notice, sign or direction erected in the Sanctuary or given by a Wildlife Keeper.
Without permission use or bring in a skateboard, roller blades or similar apparatus, bicycle or tricycle, or sporting equipment, that may be a danger to animals or persons.
Play games or sports such as cricket, football or any other games or throw items that may be a danger or cause nuisance to animals or persons.
Light a fire other than in a place provided for that purpose.
Mark, deface, write on, or in any way damage any of the Sanctuary's property.
Without permission play, use or operate musical instruments, equipment and items (whistles and water pistols) that may interfere, disrupt or annoy animals or other persons.
Light or smoke cigarettes or e-cigarettes within the Sanctuary.
